About the exhibition
The spaces that
shape us.
Between Places explores how young artists understand the spaces that shape them — how homes, schools, cities, objects, and memories influence the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
Through painting, drawing, photography, digital art, and mixed media, the exhibition considers the distance between where we come from and where we are — the in-between places that hold memory and identity.
It brings together young artists from Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. Working across two cities, they share a preoccupation with belonging: what we carry, what we leave behind, and how a place keeps living in us after we've gone.
Every work is offered through a silent auction. Proceeds support Arts for Good Foundation, and its work in arts education and social inclusion. Bidding runs throughout the exhibition and closes during the closing reception.
